He is survived by: his wife Leslie Oxman Levine; his children, Sara Levine Visser (Klaas), Allyson Levine (Adam Burstein) and Becca Levine (Liz Joynt Sandberg); his granddaughters, Nina Visser, Eliza, Lyla Burstein, Ida and Mimi Joynt Sandberg; and his sister Joan Levine.
