He was predeceased by: his parents, O. L. "Dutch" Carroll and Margaret Carroll; and his siblings, Pat and Paul of Lee's Summit. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond, Rosemarie "Babe" and Larry; his wife Emily Willman; his children, Steve (Susan), Cathy Neil (Jim), Tom (Michelle), Anne Harmon and Jim (Mindy); his grandchildren, Sarah (Cody), Bryan, Dana, Alejandra (Anna), Jose, Tayler (Chelis), Nina (Brandon), Bryce (Denise), Emily, Danielle, Nick and Jordyn; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Ella, Wesley, Roman and Penelope.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (190 Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80011). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (431 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80224). A reception will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (190 Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80011).
