He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Cox; his parents, William Howard and Ida Bell Roy; his uncle Lawrence; his aunt Clara; and his children, Kelly Kemp (Kern), Gene Cox (Tanya), Clifford Cox (Orchid) and Westin Cox (Cynthia). He was also cherished by 2 sisters and 1 brother and is survived by his 2 sisters.
