He was predeceased by: his former wife Cynthia Louise Maddox (Cerven); his daughter Bonnie Maddox; his parents, Daniel Maddox and Marjorie Maddox; and his brother David Maddox.
He is survived by: his children, Christian Maddox (Anna), Laurie Porter (Howard Vasey) and Joseph Maddox; his grandchildren, Jaren Porter, Brayden Porter, Presley Porter and Dawsen Porter; and his sister Marcy Guthrie (Mark). He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
