She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Winklepleck and Louise Winklepleck; her husband David Dibble; and her siblings, David Winklepleck and Helen Hartman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Vang (Gary Vang) and Lynn Dibble; and her siblings, Robert Winklepleck and Wilma Mitchell. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Dotti's memory to Humane Colorado (formerly known as Denver Dumb Friends League).
