He was predeceased by: his wife Sophia; his parents, James Mitchell and Olga Mitchell; his child-in-law Tryna Mitchell; his mother-in-law Stella Camaras; his siblings-in-law, Tulla Kasnestis (late James), Tykye Camaras (Elaine) and Helen Siganos (late Spero); and his brother Gary Mitchell (late Nancy).
He is survived by: his grandson Garrett.
