He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Shirley. He is survived by: his son Johnny C. Franzen Jr. (Jodi M. Franzen); his grandchildren, Jason W. Franzen, Dylan C. Reinhardt and Melanie B. Romero; and his sisters, Sue and Laurie.
