He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Malik and Catherine T. Malik; and his brothers, Anthony, Carl and John.

He is survived by : his wife Rosalie Underwood (Lee); his daughter Tanya Zorn (Zach); his former life partner Lee Malik; and his siblings, Catherine McAteer, Maragaret Chendy, Al Malik (Joyce) and Lou Malik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
