He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Mike Meyer and Mindy Morgan; his grandchildren, Melissa Luke, Michael Meyer, Sally Morgan and Mitchell Morgan; his great grandchildren, Emberly Luke and Ella Luke; and his brothers, Mike Meyer and Fritz Meyer.
