He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Tinoco and Raymond Martinez; and his children, John Paul Martinez and Felicia Martinez. He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Enriquez, Anita Smith, Tula Skepnek of Mesa, AZ, Mary Guerra of Phoenix, AZ and Joseph Guerra of Phoenix, AZ.; Gail Martinez, Noelia (Brad Clingman), Sonia Martinez and Richard Martinez Jr. Richard. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
