He is survived by: his wife Elena Stanton; his sons, Ernie Stanton and Joslin Stanton; his grandchildren, Devin Stanton and Isis Stanton; his sister Nury Medina; and his uncle Jim Montano.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (190 Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80011). A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
