She was predeceased by: her parents, George Philip Emmert and Lois Maxine (Curtis); her husband Dave (Dave); and her siblings, Tom Emmert and Carol Rose.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott McInturf (Heidi) of Asheville and Ron McInturf (Dorie) of Parker; her grandchildren, Stephan, Kevin (Alex), Ryan, Sara, Nick McInturf, Laurel Droogan (Trevor) and Benjamin Adams (Lilly); and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Payton, Chase and Karson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorial donations or contributions be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association in Sonnie's memory.
