He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald England and Elizabeth England; and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his former spouse Luanne Arnold; his wife Karen; his sister Jan Campbell (England); his children, Chris England, Korie Pyne (England) and Tiffany Galvin; his grandchildren, Nicolay England, Mary England, Ayden Rodriquez, Leora Cordova, Molly and Madeline Pyne; and his great grandchildren, Cash and Colton England.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society's Brain Cancer Research Charity to further future innovation, improve treatment, and fund research.
