She was predeceased by: her grandmother Michelle Hayes; her aunt Mercy Hayes of Aurora, Colorado; and her great-grandparents, Richard Rousselle, Guido and Beverly Polana of Athol, Massachusetts..

She is survived by: her parents, Jennifer Hayes and David Hayes; her pet Brady; her grandparents, Thomas Polana, Kelly Vella (Gary Strumlauf) and Jim Hayes (Aaron Wilkinson); her uncles, Anthony Polana and Jacob Hayes (Joey Hooper); her aunt Erica Strumlauf; and her great-grandparents, Joyce Rousselle and Cathie Hayes. She is also survived by numerous great aunts & uncles, cousins, and friends.
