He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Ann, Patricia Lynn, Gary Lawrence (Vicki) and Anthony Wayne (Annie); his wife Herma Lee; and his sister Helen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
