Carter; his grandchildren, Jennifer Collins (William), William Kobe Woods, Kelsey D. Woods and Kennedy Lane; and his great grandchildren, Zyon, Alexander, Rachelle and Sydney Collins.
During the pandemic William rededicated his life to God under the care of Pastor William Kourtney Woods, his son.
