Velma Marie Rinks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Marie Rinks of Avondale, Colorado, who passed away on June 23, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delton Harbour and Opal Harbour; her sisters, Mary Alice Reynolds, Vesta Mae Provost and Barbara Dionisio; and her grandson Ryan Milberger.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Rinks; her children, Carolyn Talbert, Cheryl Sagstetter (Larry), John Milberger (Maria), Kari Connor (Jason), Marilyn Ann Johnson, Sam Durando-McNeil (Mary) and Shellene Swan (Tim); her grandchildren, Amber Bradburn, Caterina Davis (Chris), David Sagstetter (Morgan), Emma McGuire, Eric Tacey, John Bradburn (Jessica), Joshua Richards, Kalia Swan, Keith Richards, Marriah Elliott (Tanner), Rylie Rinks, Samantha Richards, Sean Tacey and Tyler Swan; her great grandchildren, Brynlee Elliott, Caden Tacey, Emily Barton (Cole), Joe Tacey, Jordan Richards, Joy Bradburn, LJ Bradburn and Matney Tacey; her great great grandchildren, Jaxon Barton, Paisley Barton, Saige Barton and Scottlyn Barton; her brother Delton Harbour (Helen); and her friends, Sean Moon, Fred Stiles, Brian, Karen Bruton (Texas), Mary Fowler, Wendy Kern, Leroy, Lorraine Garcia, Chris Vigil, Martin Sterobl and Sabine Aigner of Austria.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Velma's name to Care and Share or A Caring Pregnancy Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
