He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank A. Kulow, Sr. and Hildegard Kulow; his wife Arthella Kulow; his son Mark Kulow; the parents of child, Frank and Hildegard Kulow; and his sister Margaret Ritthaler.

He is survived by : his children, Bobbie Harris (Ron), Becky Mc Farland (Greg) and Robin Isenberg (Wes); his daughter-in-law Jackie Kulow; and his sisters, Lynnette Kirk, Cindy Kixmiller (Walt) and Susan Haden (Gary). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 4 Step Grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
