He was predeceased by : his mother Louie Rodriguez; his brother Louie; his daughter Joni; and his granddaughter Mackenzie. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Rodriguez of Bailey, Colorado.; his children, Staria Michnewicz (Jeff) of Greeley and Lindsay Rimbert of Denver, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Julie, Mason, Kennedy, Joey, Xavier, Josie and Casey. He is also survived by five siblings as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
