He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Koch and Imelda Koch. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Koch (Bartel); his sons, Mark (Stephanie), Dan and Rob (Charlene); his niece Christine Bartel; and his child Church. He is also survived by three sisters and three brothers, many relatives, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
