“My thoughts and prayers are always with her family. Joyce was always there for the people of Berthoud she worked along side of Tom numerous times at my farm day or night. Joyce put in hundreds of hours at the Berthoud fire station and on calls bringing us food and doing what ever was asked of her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, John Sullivan”
