It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Vincent Shaeffer of Berthoud, Colorado, who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Shaeffer and Leta Shaeffer (Bennett); and his brother Ronald Lee Shaeffer. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine (Schroeder); his children, Shannon Troy Shaeffer (Saundra) and Shelly Yvonne Shaeffer; his grandchildren, Ethan Robert Brandt, Stephen Robert Shaeffer and Natalie Grace Shaeffer; and his sister Shirley Jean Collins Cott.
