He is survived by: his wife Pam Phelps; and his children, Nathan Phelps, Luke Phelps, Marie Marius, Elizabeth Marius, Russell Phelps, Eddie Phelps and Olga Phelps. He is also survived by Two Beautiful Daughter-In-Laws, Two Wonderful Son-In-Laws and Eleven precious grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Imperial Funeral Home (5450 CO-78, Pueblo, CO 81005).
