As Alice departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Alice. She is survived by: her children, Niki (Milt Cohen), Christie (Wayne Itano) and Jim Yoshinaga; her granddaughters, Nicole (Barnaby Phillips) and Michelle (Kevin Bastian); and her great grandchildren, Emmeline, Mariella Phillips, Ben and Naomi Bastian-Itano.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The Noble Path Foundation in San Clemente, CA (founded by an extended family member to educate teens about healthy living, job seeking and emotional/social skills, art, crafts and music) or TRU Hospice Center in Longmont, CO.
