She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Blakey Clarke and Thomas Richard David Clarke. She is survived by: her husband David Tobin; her daughters, Molly Anne Tobin and Kathryn Jean Tobin (Forrest Peterman); and her siblings, Tom Clarke (Sharon), Tim Clarke, Mike Clarke (Kathy), Rick Clarke (Ariana) and Jeanne Clarke (Hung Louie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation in Anne's name to One Tree Planted (onetreeplanted.org), an organization whose mission reflects her love of nature, or to a charitable organization of the donor's choosing.
