She was predeceased by: her sister Elizabeth Loretta Kaslow (Machutta); and her sister-in-law Linda Machutta (Brust). She is survived by: her close friends, Vanessa, Kathy, Becky, Gayle and Alice; her parents, Joseph Collis and Edna Adelaide Machutta (Shaefer); her stepfather Walter A. Machutta; her grandparents, Charles Schaefer and Edna Schaefer (Bunce); her son Nick Marcus Annino; her brother Carl A. Machutta; her brother-in-law Robert Bensel; and her siblings, Lillian, Joseph and Robert Collis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
