He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Ross Middlebrooks and Travis James Middlebrooks; his sisters, Linda Middlebrooks Chapman of Lubbock, TX and Tena Landers-Clark of Pampa, TX.; and his grandsons, Parker James Middlebrooks and Brady Theodore Middlebrooks.
