He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob T. Puzio II and Harriet Puzio (Kehoe). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mack Puzio; his children, Tom Puzio (Kristen) of Brighton, Tiffiney French (Tony) of Anchorage and Marc Wilson (Diane) of San Francisco, California; his brother Mike Puzio (Ann) of El Paso; his sister-in-law Jeanie Mack Powers (Deni); and his grandchildren, Coby, Raleigh, Zoe, Zea, Jack, Nora Kay and Shelby.
