He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Eugene Clark and Virginia May Hiller. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann Koelling Clark of Boulder, CO; his siblings, Merry Sue Clark of Boulder, CO, Walter Clayton Clark of Lafayette, CO and Dale Eugene Clark (Lynn) of Mechanicsville, VA; his children, Vanessa Joy Clark of Longmont, CO and Matthew Lyon Clark of Crestone, CO; and his grandson Sebastian Mathews of Denver.
