She was predeceased by : her parents, Madalena Mangione (Buttice) and Vincenzo Mangione of Sicily, Italy.; her siblings, Philip, Anna (Ballone), Connie (Rue), N. J. and Rosella (Spoto); and her son William H. Oliver, Jr. (Karen) of Longmont.

She is survived by : her friend Jake.

Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent in Millie's name to the Sister Carmen Community Center in Lafayette, Colorado at sistercarmen.org.
