She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jones and Helen Jones (Murphy); and her siblings, Beverlee, Bernard and Greg.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Merchant of Boulder, Colorado; her children, Gregory Merchant (Jo-Ann Martin) of Massachusetts, Jackie van Someren (Nicko van Someren) of Boulder, Colorado, Leone Merchant (Kirk Benell) of Longmont, Colorado and Andrée Christy (Michael Christy) of Boulder, Colorado; her sister Gwen Campbell of Quincy, Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Hannah Merchant (Dan Reed) of Waltham, Massachusetts, Olivia Christy of Boulder, Colorado, Max van Someren and Jack Christy of Boulder. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
