She was predeceased by: her parents, Salmo S. Cook and Eva J. Cook; and her brothers, Kenneth and Sam Cook. She is survived by: her husband Jack Horn; her son Samuel Cook-Horn; and her siblings, Carol Forte (Michael) and Leslie Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tabor Funeral Service Chapel (75 S 13th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601).
