He is survived by: his children, Lacy Caddick (Brandon) of Trenton, Laken Vrbas (Jared) of Trenton, Zach Cook (Kasey) of McCook and Kendra Cook of McCook; his grandchildren, Noah Caddick, Issaac Vrbas, Eastyn Vrbas, Izabelle Caddick, Alivia Vrbas, Evan Caddick, Oliver Vrbas, Myles Cook, Dreighton Cook and Greysdehn Cook; his stepmother Linda Cook; and his siblings, Mark Garton (Sondra), Kim Oberg (Kevin), Kelly Cook, Travis Cook (Kimberly) and Tracy Propp (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
