He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tamayo, Jr. and Mary García Tamayo; his uncle Bobby Tamayo (Ruby) of Northglenn, CO; his aunt Ines Gómez of Lakewood, CO; his grandparents, Ruby Tamayo, John and Andrea García; and his uncle Gilbert Tamayo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tina Tamayo, Juanita Tamayo, Linda Tamayo of Brighton, CO and Mike Tamayo (Tammy) of Gilbert; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Tamayo (Enrique Sánchez) of Northglenn, CO, Marie Tamayo of Denver, CO, Justin Tamayo of Gilbert, AZ and Jeremy Tamayo (Valerie) of Maricopa, AZ; his great-nephew Vicente Sánchez of Northglenn, CO; and his great-niece Emilee Tamayo of Maricopa, AZ. He is also survived by many cousins, good friends and furry friends.
