It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gabriel Martinez (Brighton, Colorado), born in Fort Lupton, Colorado, who passed away on February 14, 2026, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gabriel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parent Maria Theresa Chatman (Isaguirre); his stepfather James Chatman; his siblings, Isaiah Chatman and Tiaandra Chatman; and his stepbrothers, Anthony Perkins and Gerard Perkins. He is also survived by cousins, family members, and friends.
