He was predeceased by: his mother Luanne Case. He is survived by: his father Leonard Case; his wife Diana Case (Sarmiento); his daughter Angel Lovato (Shawn Delgado); his granddaughter Adaeze Adams (Sergio Dela Cruz); and his brothers, Gary Case (Terri Irsik), Ken Case (Stephanie) and Randy Case (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
