She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bader and Clara Zeadow Bader; her husband H. Lee Benton; her siblings, Paul, Raymond and Jean; and her son Daniel.

She is survived by: her children, Steven (Mindy), Benton (MN) and Denise Kasza (John) of CO. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the music fund at Peace United Church.
