He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob Alarid and Angelita Maldonado Alarid (Maldonado); his grandparents, Sinforosa and Amarante; his siblings, Jacob Alarid, Paul Alarid, Juanita Tanguma (Mel), Orlando Alarid, Aaron Alarid (Wendy), Dominic Alarid (Francis) and Andrea Lucero (Gerald); his children, Larry (Diana) and Shawna; his grandchildren, Lexi, Larry and Serena; his great grandchildren, Julian, Johnny and Jace; his goddaughter Emma Rose; and his siblings, Tom Alarid and Symfy Gallegos.
