He is survived by: his father Leonard Case; his wife Kim Case; his daughters, Nicolette Schraeder and Megan Schraeder; his granddaughter Hailey Guerrero; his brothers, Gary Case (Terri Irsik) and Ken Case (Stephanie); his sister-in-law Diana Case; and his stepsons, Josh Doll and Seth Doll.
