She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeannette Patterson and Roger Patterson; and her stepbrother TJ Wells. She is survived by: her former husband Duane Hebert; her husband Jay Eachus; her children, Clay, Randee and Martha; her stepson Joel Eachus; her stepmother Judy Patterson; and her siblings, Tom, Pete Patterson and BJ Leis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
