He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Eckelman and Ruth Eckelman of Sylvan Grove, Kansas.; his wife Joan Marie Jensen; and his siblings, Joann and Larry.
He is survived by: his children, Damaris Gasparovich (Tony) of Hudson and Matthew Eckelman (Natalie) of Loveland, Colorado; his grandchildren, Robert (Megan), Collin (Lauren), Steven (Kelsey) and Briana; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Maxwell and Kirsten.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1400 Skeel St, Brighton, CO 80601). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (14800 Old, Brighton Rd, Brighton, CO 80601).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bob's memory to Zion Lutheran Church in Brighton, Colorado.
