She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Henry Nelson and Mary Alice Jinks Nelson; and her sister Connie. She is survived by: her brother Douglas "Uncle Dougie" Nelson (Deborah Hanes-Nelson); her husband Paul Franz; her daughters, Lisa Nelson-Miller (Matt) and Kelley Moyer; and her stepchildren, Kyla Stopperan (Corey) and Nick Franz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 100 S 3rd Ave, Brighton, CO 80601.
