He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Lucille Thompson; his wife Margaret Ann Thompson; his siblings, Robert Thompson, Frances Thompson Swartz and Marilyn Thompson Turner; his brother-in-law Adolph Metoyer; and his nephew David Swartz.
He is survived by: his father William Hale Thompson; his children, Michelle Clark (Philip), Michael (Amanda) and Ken Thompson; his grandchildren, Simon Clark (Peyton), Cortney Wright (Noah), Cody Clark (Jasmine), Jack Thompson, Caroline Thompson, Hazel Thompson and Audrey Thompson; his great grandchildren, Blaney Clark, Bentley Clark, Stetson Clark, Paisley Clark and Maverick Clark; and his sister Patricia Thompson Metoyer. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
