He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Howard (Helmeid) and Homer Howard. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Howard; his sister Diane Fritz of Minnesota; his daughters, Christina Howard Barrios and Elizabeth Salvia; and his grandchildren, Jack, Cal, Jett and Adelyn.
