She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Chapman and Mildred Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Harlan; her daughters, Cami Kostecki (Richard) and Dana Rosebrook (Rick Baker); her grandchildren, Kevin Kostecki (Erin), Jeffrey Kostecki (Rachel), Curtis Kostecki, Jessica Rosebrook (Gary), Emily Rosebrook (Tom), Connor Baker and Laurel Baker; her great grandchildren, Alice, Dean, Channing, Max and Avery; her brother Kent Chapman (Sandy); and her nephews, Travis Chapman (Kelly) and Troy Chapman.
Those wishing to honor Kay are encouraged to donate a book to their local library or elementary school, share a meal with a friend, or plant a flower in Kay's memory. Donations to High Country Chorus, P.O. Box 1281 Wheatridge, CO 80034 can also be made in her honor.
