Phyllis Pettay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Pettay (Broomfield, Colorado), who passed away on May 2, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Dean Pettay; her daughters, Linda and Patricia; and her granddaughters, Jennifer and Lianna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dena (Darwin) and Kathryn; her son-in-law Virgil; and her grandchildren, Mark (Amanda), Brian, Tani, Christine (Muhammed), Andrea (Sean) and Larissa.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 4th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Holy Comforter Episcopal Church (1700 W 10th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020).
Please do not feel the need to send any donations to the family, if you would like to send flowers to the services we can arrange deliveries with the church, or any monetary donations that anyone would like to make, please make it to the Holy Comforter Church for the reception space and hospitality that they are providing.
