He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bolton and Linda Bolton (Ellis). He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Bodhi, Sawyer and Makenna; his siblings, Sally Flanagan and Steve Bolton; his siblings' children, Molly Flanagan, Neve Flanagan, Sydney Bolton, Sammi Bolton, Sofie Bolton, Steven Bolton and Charlie Flanagan; his cousins, Terri Longin, Trish Guerechit and Todd Sanders; his sisters, Mandy Miller and Marcie Rich; and his siblings' children, Cody Miller and Summer Miller. He is also survived by three dogs.
