He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Doran and Caroline Doran; his siblings, Charlie, Mel, Les and Thelma; his wife Delores Scattergood; his children, Bob and Linda; his grandsons, Alex, Sean and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Nathan and Elena.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Broomfield United Methodist Church (545 W 10th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020).
He has asked that instead of flowers people make a donation to the "William H and Delores A Doran Endowment Scholarship at Nebraska Wesleyan".
