He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fred Laging and Mildred Leona Laging (Niedfeldt). He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Brian (Rose), Darren (Michelle) and Melinda Collins (Quinn) of Maryland; and his siblings, Edith Hansen (Russell) of Washington, LaVonne Shackelford of Kansas, Judy Buchman of Kansas and Edward Laging (Jeanne) of Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the In Memoriam Funeral Parlor (7290 W 119th Pl, Broomfield, CO 80020). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Broomfield United Methodist Church (545 W 10th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020).
