He was predeceased by: his parents, David Amen and Lillian Amen; his granddaughter Alita; and his nephew Doug Couch. He is survived by: his wife Christa Hobson; and his children, Tara, Shane and Ashley. He is also survived by his three children, their spouses, and his grandchildren.
